Premium hardneck garlic planned for culinary and retail use, with an emphasis on consistency, storage quality, and clean handling.

Elderberries
A perennial crop intended for fresh, frozen, and value-added markets, supporting both culinary and functional food uses.

Year-Round Greens
Greenhouse and indoor greens, culinary herbs and Edible Flowers designed for reliability and consistency, using closed-loop hydroponic systems.

Nursery Crops
Flowering shrubs and perennial flowers intended for ecological landscaping, pollinator support, and future retail/wholesale supply.
