Pomona Farms is developing field-scale production of premium hardneck garlic. Garlic is managed using organic practices from inception and is being built as a core annual crop within the farm’s regenerative system. Production planning emphasizes soil health, consistency, and storage performance, with an emphasis on building systems that hold up over time.
Garlic is being developed for future direct-to-consumer and wholesale markets, including restaurants and retailers seeking consistent, locally produced supply. Final formats and volumes will be determined as production systems are established.
Garlic production at Pomona Farms is managed using organic practices from inception. Organic certification is pursued immediately for eligible systems, with certification status communicated transparently.
